I have to admit, that for not moving around much I sweat like a whore in church. I feel vigorous when I am done and in 4 weeks of Yoga I was able to stretch 1.25 inches further than when I started. GREAT SUCCESS!Joelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04777020559985546509noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4860314003771842723.post-53637333899560220612008-07-01T01:07:00.000-07:002008-07-01T01:07:00.000-07:00Your first yoga experience cracked me up! ROFL And if Yoga isn't your thing....no big deal. You'll find something there you like, I promise. Besides, give it a few years and doing Yoga will probably be "uncool" by then. I give you kudos just for showing up!Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15539520934140312569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4860314003771842723.post-62199848659120351032008-06-29T02:28:00.000-07:002008-06-29T02:28:00.000-07:00Oh hey, I almost forgot. It pays to have TWO danikas!<BR/>Anyway, definetly the butt to head ratio a BIG problem. I would need another half a head to be able to do that pose. I would like to meet the person that sat around and THOUGHT UP yoga. Who was sitting there in pretzel formation thinking..."this is FUN! and HEALTHY!"Reggshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08067827034333888441noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4860314003771842723.post-57398509767463331372008-06-27T10:32:00.000-07:002008-06-27T10:32:00.000-07:00Katrina...loved your yoga story. Dave has me running here in Colorado. But I learned to love it and even have my own yoga mat now. I need to get back to it - maybe someday when Kevin isn't working 12+ hours a day!Danikahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09934442230342423803noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4860314003771842723.post-45496183643572603742008-06-27T06:06:00.000-07:002008-06-27T06:06:00.000-07:00Like I told Joey, yoga is HARD! Before you even finish your sun salutations you're dripping in sweat. I don't know if the steam is supposed to get out the toxins or what, but I felt like Gumby afterwards. Go back to this class! Now that you know what to expect I bet you'll enjoy it MUCH more. Really, it does get easier!Danikahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01714177433226374783noreply@blogger.com
